Bush finally admits it

In an interview with Katie Couric on CNN yesterday, Bush finally let the cat out of the bag:
"One of the hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the war on terror."

I'm not sure what to feel about that (happy he admitted it, or sad because ... I'm not sure because of what, but it made me sad).

Why some people are so stupid anti-American?
I think that this comment would make Bin Laden very happy.
Dont you?

Ok, first this was not a post against America, but against hypocrisy.

A huge media campain was created agains terrorism and "for democracy" only to have the American president forget himself in an interview and say "hey, we're doing real effort to link terrorism to them, so we can justify our actions".

If America stands behind his actions then they (americans) should not question me, but question their honesty.

So, no, it's not anti-American but a call for waking up or admitting hipocrisy (their call really).

Second, no, I don't really care if my post would make Bin Laden anything.

If he's in any way following news he'll be probbably more impressed with Bush's interview on CNN then with my insignifficant, "14 web-hits-a-day" weblog, posting a quote from said interview.

Personally I think Bin LAden is a sick person; I think terrorism and provoking terror, (wether it is comming from religious fanatics - in his case, an occupiying force, or a communist regime or any other organism for that matter) is something that should not be allowed to exist.

I also think the fact that terrorism exists does not change the hypocrisy I mentioned earlyer nor makes it in any way excusable.
