Normally I don't have much consideration for these shows (I guess this is the British version of "American Idol") and I don't watch the favorites or anything, but this video made it on top ten on viralvideochart.com and I wanted to see why.

I guess I can safely say I was ... completely blown away!

I won't give any details (as I don't want to put anyone in trouble) but I just got an email from a friend, who told me that whenever they try to access my pictures they see:

We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked due to its content being inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates.

There are two possibilities to this:
Either the United Arab Emirates censored me - hey, all I did was post some pictures of Israel (but those are near pictures of Egypt, Malta, Greece and Cyprus so I don't see that as terribly relevant), or they censored all of flickr (which seems more likely).

If they did, its a shame: there are lots of really good pictures on flickr.

Father's Touch Soothes Newborns

Skin-to-skin contact with the father is "optimal for the infant's well-being when the mother and infant are separated after a cesarean birth," the researchers conclude.

This is according to a study performed in Sweden.

I am currently transporting a bounty that has been frozen in carbonite with a device you created. I have been told to direct any questions or comments I might have your way.

This is obviously a new technology, but might I suggest adding a few security measures to the transport device's control panel? Right now anyone can walk up to this thing and flip a few switches to release the frozen prisoner. I'm thinking a number pad with a secret code would be great, or heck, even a plain old key.

Just a friendly suggestion. Oh, and thanks for the modifications you made to my rocket pack. That "ignition" button square on the back of the pack where I can't reach it is great.

I believe a few explanations are in order.

Yesterday M gave me his vote of confidence saying he'd bet on me to "win the drawing competition". There was no competition, but I figured such a show of confidence deserved something in return.

So, since M keeps saying he wants a Porsche, I got him one, in "Horrible Pink". The composition shows M as an angel, crying over his Porsche after driving full-speed into a tree.

The ... almost-dog doing the deed on the back-wheel of the car represents the value of the car after the accident (Mrs I.'s choice) and the sheep-wolf represents a Mr. Becali, since M is an avid supporter of Steaua football team.
